FASTFRAME ASKS KIDS TO DRAW: MY FAVORITE PLACE
After a tough choice to decide upon the store winners the top two were local Eanes school district girls Haley Celusniak, 10 years old and Mary Camille Humbert, 9 years old. Finally, the team at Fastframe in Westlake sent off Haley Celusniaks picture of "Wags on Town Lake" as our entry for the national "My Favorite Place 2009 Kids Art Competition".
The judges, back in California, included the local Arts Council President, an artist, and a local elementary school art teacher They judges kept on coming back to the cute dog piece andended up selecting it as joint national winner.

Haley wins a $250 gift voucher for herself and another one for her school.
Her art teacher, Joan Klasson of Eanes Elementary will receive the gift
voucher for the school. Haleys piece was framed by FASTFRAME HQ and is
currently displayed on the website www.fastframe.com.
Mary Camille's piece has been framed for her by Fastframe & the Westlake Gallery.
Her art teacher is Amanda Lee Jones.
Mouldings for both picture frames were donated by Neilson Bainbridge.
The girls will each receive a gift bag from FastFrame & the Westlake Gallery
containing, art supplies, a competition winners t-shirt, a $50 gift
certificate for custom framing their next piece and a $35 Gift Certificate
from Abrakadoodle towards an art summer camp

both.
